Please call ahead of time to inquire about what insurance companies we are providers for.  It is, of course, always the patient’s responsibility for payment of care.  We can make an inquiry to your insurance company about your deductable if needed.  We request that deductibles are paid at the beginning of your visit.  For the uninsured, we accept cash and have payment plans for those who make arrangements with the office before their appointment.
